"We liked everything, excellent location, kitchen with natural gas stove, all necessary cooking utensils. Shops nearby, location 15 minutes from the airport, there is really nothing that we disliked. "Is a wonderful location at condado you can find everything on walking distance. Beach, restaurants, bars, stores and transportation. The rooms were very nice and clean always ac in the building. Only thing was dirty and abandoned was the terrace and the patio. The first 2 days of my stay I had no water on my apartment for the second night I ask them to please lend me a bathroom in another room and they did so I can take a shower and finally the move me to a room were the water was working...

"This property was beautiful and convenient. We felt safe since the community is gated. It was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, and Uber rides to El Viejo San Juan, Condado Beach, and La Placita were all under $10. Our only minor issue, which wasn’t a big deal, was some ceiling paint falling in one of the bedrooms and the bathroom, likely due to humidity or normal wear and tear. "The pictures are accurate. The place is very nice. The bathroom is nice though the shower was a little dated and could use a little more cleaning. Communication is top tier. Just be aware that the AC is off in the building but the room has a good cold AC unit. The view from the window is amazing. You can see the lit up buildings at night and the beautiful ocean by day. "This is a really cute, authentic and funky apartment in a great location in Old San Juan. The property management team was super attentive and responsive, the apartment was clean and spacious for downtown. It was also incredibly quiet given the proximity to the bar scene on San Sebastián. Be aware that the hot water is solar, so clouds and rain and maybe insufficient capacity meant showers were mostly lukewarm. "READ FIRST! Awesome price for what you get, all things considered. The listing is a little misleading in terms of amenities. It really only sleeps 5 max, and that’s if you double up on the queen bed. There is no air conditioning in the master bedroom either. The WiFi has extremely poor signal so it’s basically worthless. "The unit was exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and pots and pans. The unit was only a few blocks from the beach, groceries and many restaurants. The onsite staff for the building was responsive for any needs from extra supplies to beach towels. Our family of 11 was comfortable. "

"Location was in the heart of Condado Beach. Walk to everything. Studio is advertised. It is small but has all you need including bug spray, suntan lotion and sunscreen, which was essential. Had great communication with the host and no issues to report. Would go back and highly recommend."

"In the heart of the locals. The host Angel was the absolute best. It was exactly what we were looking for and more. Don't be turned away by the outside, once we met Angel and he took us inside we quickly felt at home. He sent us his favorite things to do and he did not steer us wrong!
