"The pictures are accurate. The place is very nice. The bathroom is nice though the shower was a little dated and could use a little more cleaning. Communication is top tier. Just be aware that the AC is off in the building but the room has a good cold AC unit. The view from the window is amazing. You can see the lit up buildings at night and the beautiful ocean by day. "This is a really cute, authentic and funky apartment in a great location in Old San Juan. The property management team was super attentive and responsive, the apartment was clean and spacious for downtown. It was also incredibly quiet given the proximity to the bar scene on San Sebastián. Be aware that the hot water is solar, so clouds and rain and maybe insufficient capacity meant showers were mostly lukewarm. "I just slept and showered here during my stay in Old San Juan. It really wasn't that bad. The air conditioning and the windows leaked a little bit. And I found a roach one night. But the bedding was clean. The towels were clean and I felt safe. Victor was always communicative and easy to get ahold of.The gate instructions on the VRBO listing need to be updated. "The women that helped me check in did not speak English but used a translation app and was very helpful. She made sure I was able to get in and new how to work the access codes before she left.
