"This property was a great find. An excellent area to visit the city, with great views and comfortable living areas. If we had to be super picky, the shower curtain could be lower to avoid flooding the floor, a few more chairs on the deck would be nice, and I'd put sliders on the dining chairs so they workshop be as noisy. "The pictures are accurate. The place is very nice. The bathroom is nice though the shower was a little dated and could use a little more cleaning. Communication is top tier. Just be aware that the AC is off in the building but the room has a good cold AC unit. The view from the window is amazing. You can see the lit up buildings at night and the beautiful ocean by day. Walking distance to Casita Miramar and the T Mobile District. "

"This is a really cute, authentic and funky apartment in a great location in Old San Juan. The property management team was super attentive and responsive, the apartment was clean and spacious for downtown. It was also incredibly quiet given the proximity to the bar scene on San Sebastián. Be aware that the hot water is solar, so clouds and rain and maybe insufficient capacity meant showers were mostly lukewarm. "I want to start off by saying this property allowed us to check in hours early!!! We stayed in Apt 1 and the AC was fantastic but not the cable TV. "I rented this place to visit OSJ and the spot was perfect for us as we were only there to sleep and drink some Medalla on the balcony. It's an old building so it is what it is. It's hot in OSJ but the 3 climatization units helped keep the place cool enough to sleep well. There was no wi-fi at the time of our visit.
