Just be aware that the AC is off in the building but the room has a good cold AC unit. The view from the window is amazing. You can see the lit up buildings at night and the beautiful ocean by day. Walking distance to Casita Miramar and the T Mobile District. "

"This is a really cute, authentic and funky apartment in a great location in Old San Juan. The property management team was super attentive and responsive, the apartment was clean and spacious for downtown. It was also incredibly quiet given the proximity to the bar scene on San Sebastián. Be aware that the hot water is solar, so clouds and rain and maybe insufficient capacity meant showers were mostly lukewarm. Oddly enough, the warmest shower is the tub shower in the middle of the courtyard...

"READ FIRST! Awesome price for what you get, all things considered. The listing is a little misleading in terms of amenities. It really only sleeps 5 max, and that’s if you double up on the queen bed. There is no air conditioning in the master bedroom either. The WiFi has extremely poor signal so it’s basically worthless. There is also no washer & dryer. Everything is filthy, it’s like living in a frat house basically. Cockroaches, dead animal smell in the bathroom, dirty floors, etc. THE...

Don't be turned away by the outside, once we met Angel and he took us inside we quickly felt at home. He sent us his favorite things to do and he did not steer us wrong! "We loved our stay in Mario’s apartment in Old San Juan! We walked everywhere and had a great time. The balcony was smaller than expected with only one chair and a very square to serve as a table, but we didn’t really spend much time there as it was pretty humid and the A/C was too much of a draw.
