"We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and cozy. The beach was close and we walked to a couple of restaurants that were great. It was nice having the pool there as well. Nice place to stay for 2 adults or a family with young children. Everything was great!"

"We loved our stay here. It had everything you needed and more (beach towels, coolers, etc.). The location was directly on the beach with a beautiful view from the 5th floor and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is a very safe and secure place, hence there are several keys, a fob and a parking gate opener to work with. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided detailed instructions. If we visit San Juan again we will definitely contact the owner. "

Queen size bed with lots of windows…. And a new air conditioner!

"The condo was perfect! We were there for 9 days. It had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The veach chairs, cooler, and umbrella were great for the beach one block away. Its exactly how its picture We would definitely comeback and stay there agai !!d. With a nice sized closet and shower.shower"

"Very lovely property! The location is awesome and right near everything. We did tours everyday and would say this spot is a perfect combo for your pick up but after returning right near fun evening time places and the beach! The balcony is a nice option for fresh air, although do have to note the construction - but to be honest you should out and about anyhow around the island so should barely notice ;) The unit itself is modern and great. Host was very responsive, kind and great. Totally...

"This property was very clean and homey. It is well situated, easy walking distance to many great restaurants and only a few minutes from a freeway. The ocean view is marvelous. The owner provided all sorts of equipment for use on the beach. The property also has a very nice pool. "

"We had an amazing time during our stay. Our host was kind and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The view was just as the pictures showed, but I must say... they just don't do enough justice! Beautiful...sums it all up!"

"The building is dated and under construction, but we found the unit to be very comfortable and exactly what we needed. The location was perfect, very easy and short ride to beaches and walkable to many restaurants and bars. We did not hang out at the pool as it was dated and the building under construction so kind of an eyesore. The beach right in front is rough so we went elsewhere. Overall it was great for the price and our needs."

"The area is perfect! Over looks the beach and river side. "

"The location was perfect. The room was spotless with water bottles in the fridge a hot plate to cook, plenty of toiletries, real coffee and very convenient. It is adjacent to the Caribe Hilton Hotel, has a balcony over looking the ocean and is in walking distance from the beach and water activities. The host was responsive and the guard is friendly. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature. I'd definitely stay here again."

"We really like the condo overall. It was clean, well stocked and fit six adult and a one year old comfortably. There are /c in the rooms with are a must at night. It’s in the last floor so you have a nice view. There is only one parking spot so of you have more than one vehicle, the second one has to be parked on the street. This is common in many of these private-gated condo developments. It’s not far from the suit port and fairly easy to find. The hostess is very responsive and nice."

"The inside was nice with beautiful decor, however one major detail that's important to me is hot water, and there was only Luke warm water, besides that everything was great. It was also difficult to locate using Maps, you'll have to as the locals to help locate the property for entry"

"Our stay was nothing but perfect. The location was great. The loft was spacious and clean. Only problem we came across was the Iron someone burnt something which messed up one outfit trying to use. The host was very easy to communicate with , the kitchen was equipped with everything you’d need. We will definitely reach out to stay here again. "

"I’ve stayed at other locations there this place is amazing. Beautiful and spacious a/c works great. Laundry there in apartment. My other brothers stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bath one and that was freaking nice!!! It’s in a really great location can’t stress that enough and I will definitely be looking to book here 1st for my next visit."

"Property was very nice and spacious and clean , great for people who want to take in the San Juan scenery. The staff was super nice and approachable. Can be confusing at first when getting dropped off from airport but once you find it you're golden. Only problem with the property and it was so minor was that the outlets ( only like 2 outlets didn't work ) very minor inconvenience besides that great stay would recommend "
