"Angel is a great host with some nice budget apartments. I stayed in the 1 bedroom but he was nice enough to show me his other 2 bedroom apartments. Everything is clean and have AC in the bedrooms. The 1 bedroom has a brand new super cold AC, clean living room, kitchen and bathroom. It’s a great deal compared to all the Marriotts and Hilton properties I have stayed at in the past 10 years. "Night before check out, came back from being out all day an AC not working. Apt was hot and very humid. All clothing and bedding was damp. Reported, all they ask was at what time we noticed, told them but no one came to fix it. Left the next morning as soon as we got ready. We have used VRBO hundreds of times w/o issues."

"I will start with the positives. The location is fantastic. I don’t think k we could have planned a better location if we tried. Communication with the management company was great, including issue notification (more on that in a bit). "Cute little 2 bedroom condo. Noise is a bit loud from traffic, but it was elections so traffic was more then normal. For the price it was a good fit clean, walking distance from a lot of restaurants, attractions, and a Walmart close by. I would recommend this. "

"We had a lovely time at this home in downtown San Juan. The home was spacious and decorated nicely. It included all that we needed for our stay. The air conditioning works great, the elevator was a huge plus, and it’s walkable to anything you may need. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. I would stay again in a heartbeat."

Nice to have washer and dryer- they worked well. Cons: Master bedroom needs darkening shades. Elevator - broke twice, once for 40+ minutes with 3 people in it! "I definitely felt safe here as a solo travel. Great location. The area surrounding was questionable, however I didn’t have any issues. My two concerns were I like to sleep in a completely dark room and there was light coming through the front door and the studio bed I was in was not comfortable. Overall, host was quick to respond and I enjoyed my experience in PR!"

Ideal location for getting around the city. 4 wonderful days in the company of beautiful people,mat hed with perfect weather and didnt want to leave. "Property was very nice and spacious and clean , great for people who want to take in the San Juan scenery. The staff was super nice and approachable. Can be confusing at first when getting dropped off from airport but once you find it you're golden. Only problem with the property and it was so minor was that the outlets ( only like 2 outlets didn't work ) very minor inconvenience besides that great stay would recommend "
