"Nice, cute apartment style. Has everything you’ll need during your stay including free off- street parking. No elevator so you might get stuck climbing 2 flights of stairs if you get an apartment up top. A/Cs only in the rooms so make sure you leave the doors open before you head out on your adventures. We were only there to sleep and shower so we never really interacted with staff or needed anything. Small convenience store across the street open late which came in handy. "

"Pros: -The unit has what you needed for a comfortable stay. -Good air conditioning. -Nice area, it is close to the beach and a lot of popular spots. -Property manager was polite. Cons: -Shower pressure is pretty weak, it gets the job done but it is not the most enjoyable shower. - Parking is very limited. - The unit is decent but the lighting in the pictures does make it seem a little nicer than it is in person but it was still a comfortable stay just not as updated as the pictures show....

"We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. We only stayed here for a weekend but I would stay here for longer trips as well because the apartment is so well equipped. Love the full kitchen. The only downside is that the kitchen and living room areas don’t have AC like the bedrooms so it can get pretty hot. We loved how centralized the apartment is. Very close to restaurants and bars in old San Juan."

"The location and renovation of this apartment was seriously amazing! Such nice boho Spanish vibe with two balconies that overlooked the San Juan streets but wasn’t too loud like other blocks. Walking distance to everything! The only changes would be the shower water never got very warm and the floors could be cleaned just a little more. Would highly recommend and come back again!"

"Night before check out, came back from being out all day an AC not working. Apt was hot and very humid. All clothing and bedding was damp. Reported, all they ask was at what time we noticed, told them but no one came to fix it. Left the next morning as soon as we got ready. We have used VRBO hundreds of times w/o issues."

"This property is seated on one of the most well known streets in Old Town. The Villa sits perfectly between a bar district and town square with a pharmacy, grocery market and plenty of dining options. Some of the best tourist stops are walking distance from the Villa Azulejo. The property was thoroughly cleaned and had fresh linen. The kitchen was properly stocked with plenty of cooking material making it easy to save $ during our trip by cooking for the kids, rather than dining out every meal....

"The rooms were perfect for our stay and the location was great! There were some small inconveniences like the WiFi not working, loud water sounds, front door not closing behind us, etc. but overall it was a great stay and we were able to work around those things. Definitely wouldn’t recommend counting on the sofa chair to accommodate an extra guest. We didn’t need it as we just had two people in each room but in case others see that on the listing, it’s very small!!"
