"The pictures are accurate. The place is very nice. The bathroom is nice though the shower was a little dated and could use a little more cleaning. Communication is top tier. Just be aware that the AC is off in the building but the room has a good cold AC unit. The view from the window is amazing. You can see the lit up buildings at night and the beautiful ocean by day. Walking distance to Casita Miramar and the T Mobile District. "

"Overall had an amazing experience very quiet friendly neighborhood. Everything is close if you have rental or planning to use Uber. Food was amazing, you have so many options in the area. I was able to walk to the beach safely if I wanted, with the distance not being far. I would definitely book again it was the perfect size just for me. "

Reported, all they ask was at what time we noticed, told them but no one came to fix it. Left the next morning as soon as we got ready. We have used VRBO hundreds of times w/o issues."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no complaints! The bed was extremely comfortable, AC was super cool, shower water got hot. The pizza place downstairs did play music very loudly until 10 pm but that’s just part of the experience! Convenient location, close to old San Juan. Super walkable with no issues. Overall we would stay here again! Peter was extremely helpful and quick with communication!"
