"This property was beautiful and convenient. We felt safe since the community is gated. It was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, and Uber rides to El Viejo San Juan, Condado Beach, and La Placita were all under $10. Our only minor issue, which wasn’t a big deal, was some ceiling paint falling in one of the bedrooms and the bathroom, likely due to humidity or normal wear and tear. "Angel is a great host with some nice budget apartments. I stayed in the 1 bedroom but he was nice enough to show me his other 2 bedroom apartments. Everything is clean and have AC in the bedrooms. The 1 bedroom has a brand new super cold AC, clean living room, kitchen and bathroom. It’s a great deal compared to all the Marriotts and Hilton properties I have stayed at in the past 10 years. "Night before check out, came back from being out all day an AC not working. Apt was hot and very humid. All clothing and bedding was damp. Reported, all they ask was at what time we noticed, told them but no one came to fix it. Left the next morning as soon as we got ready. We have used VRBO hundreds of times w/o issues."

"WE enjoyed our stay at Vanessa's place! It was clean, close to the beach, and walking distance to the grocery store. Vanessa was very responsive and checked on us throughout our stay. The only issue that we had was the internet connection and television wasn't stable. We would definitely come back!"
