"We liked everything, excellent location, kitchen with natural gas stove, all necessary cooking utensils. Shops nearby, location 15 minutes from the airport, there is really nothing that we disliked. "Is a wonderful location at condado you can find everything on walking distance. Beach, restaurants, bars, stores and transportation. The rooms were very nice and clean always ac in the building. Only thing was dirty and abandoned was the terrace and the patio. The first 2 days of my stay I had no water on my apartment for the second night I ask them to please lend me a bathroom in another room and they did so I can take a shower and finally the move me to a room were the water was working...

"This property was beautiful and convenient. We felt safe since the community is gated. It was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, and Uber rides to El Viejo San Juan, Condado Beach, and La Placita were all under $10. Our only minor issue, which wasn’t a big deal, was some ceiling paint falling in one of the bedrooms and the bathroom, likely due to humidity or normal wear and tear. "The pictures are accurate. The place is very nice. The bathroom is nice though the shower was a little dated and could use a little more cleaning. Communication is top tier. Just be aware that the AC is off in the building but the room has a good cold AC unit. The view from the window is amazing. You can see the lit up buildings at night and the beautiful ocean by day. Walking distance to Casita Miramar and the T Mobile District. "

"This is a really cute, authentic and funky apartment in a great location in Old San Juan. The property management team was super attentive and responsive, the apartment was clean and spacious for downtown. It was also incredibly quiet given the proximity to the bar scene on San Sebastián. Be aware that the hot water is solar, so clouds and rain and maybe insufficient capacity meant showers were mostly lukewarm. "The front desk is way at the end of the hotel hotel under construction front desk should’ve been centered in the main lobby they had a cashiers office that had zero purpose but yet had a line of people in front of it because the front desk was too far away …… very friendly staff though!"

"Facilities and the property itself were absolutely beautiful with plenty of dining options. Rooms were nice but nothing special, the bathroom stood out as it was spacious and had full tub, large shower and enclosed room for the toilet. the rooms were cleaned twice daily which was nice and there was complimentary coffee in the lobby and by breakfast bar. The spa was expensive, but the treatment menu was unique and the facilities were beautiful. The area was close to old San Juan by uber. overall, the beauty of the hotel and the old luxury vibe is what stood out the most. "
