"Good hotel in a great area for walking around Hyde park or shopping along Oxford street. Lancaster gate tube station underneath was a real plus too. The prompt room service and tasty food that came with it was also a selling point. Only shortfall we found was the limited options for food choices at breakfast as two individuals with specific dietary requirements. Also cost for breakfast is a little exoensive so food out nearby is probably cheaper; we did this on two days over our stay."

"First time in London and this was a perfect area to stay. Very accessible to public transportation to explore the city, while providing a comfortable, quiet area of rest with many dining options and mini marts within walking distance. Staff was also very helpful with questions about public transportation. I am especially grateful for how accommodating and kind they were when Heathrow had the unexpected shutdown and I had to extend my stay."

"The quality of the cleanliness in the room must be acknowledged - our room was SPOTLESS. Please pass on our feedback to the cleaning team. Our only negative was the very thin walls. Our neighbour seemed to be having a party with their clothes hangers at 11.30pm, besides this we enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay again. Thank you!"

"Staff were helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and tidy. Bit tight around the beds accessing the fridge and lock box. Bathroom door also a bit tight. Beds comfortable, sheets felt nice. TV guide was in French and couldn’t change it back! Location felt safe especially considering London can feel a bit uncomfortable at night. Well lit streets. Easy access to Paddington."
