"Great location, a short walk to Paddington Station. Small rooms but very clean and safe. Friendly, helpful staff."

"Everything very clean. Pillows one was very flat two was too high. Heating system was blowing directly at the couch sitting direction. Some days there was no bottled water and enough English breakfast and earl grey tea. Toilet flush very stiff difficult to flush. Shower door hard to open. Thank you "
