"The individual at check in was not that friendly (it was not busy when we arrived) and didn't go over some of the room nuances - heating, fireplace. The kitchen lights didn't work and all the bulbs needed replacement. Should have been done beforehand. The morning bagals were stale. Loved the quiet and ocean proximity. The grounds are small but well maintained."

"I like the spacious room with the high ceilings and lots of windows, as well as the full kitchen and fireplace. My only complaint is that there was a constant humming sound that seemed to be coming from outside that made it hard to sleep (for someone who sleeps best in silence). We also brought our own blackout curtains since they only have mini blinds."

"We paid for an upgraded room. It hadn’t been updated in 50 years. Sink faucet dripped all night. Counter was chipped. Tile surround in tub was moldy. Floor by bathtub was damaged. The room stunk of mildew and old fireplace smoke when we first walked in. Could hear the plumbing and fan in room above us. It did feel safe and had a good view out the slider. "
