"Excellent hotel and location. 5 to 10 minute walk to most things. Super easy to navigate from the hotel. The hotel is very clean and staff are helpful. Rooms are comfortable, and have lots of space. Couple cons (nothing major) - 1. Water Pressure not the greatest… but manageable 2. Elevators always smelled like fried chicken… not great in the morning 3. Room cleaning seemed to be late in the day And for this specific trip - pool was closed. We booked early, but got a message 2 weeks out that...

"Everything was beautiful, staff was very helpful and friendly… room was beautiful, however, it was hot and we were not able to turn the air down past 70 degrees. Also, beware, the alcove has no privacy for the facilities…not a problem if you’re comfortable doing that kinda thing in front of your partner… I was not ..so we made separate trips so everyone good be ‘alone’.. rooftop bar was beautiful!! Would stay again, just in a different room."

"We had a concert at The Basement East. WAYMORES was a perfect choice only 2 blocks to walk. We had dinner at Smith and Lentz which got an 8.5 score from Portnoy. The pizza lived up to the score. We had breakfast at the hotel the next morning. The omelette was DELISH. And the biscuit was to die for. Parking is free at WAYMORES and it is less expensive than staying downtown, so it a good choice when you will be attending something at Nissan Stadium or downtown. "
