"I was there for 4 days and everyone was very nice and helpful. If there was ever a question it was easy to get an answer, there was some confusion on parking but they were able to help me with anything I had questions on when it came to billing also."

"The front desk was ALWAYS EMPTY! I don’t expect 24hour availability but at least have someone to talk to but someone was always there on Day shift. I also was charged a pet fee of 50 bucks and he was a service dog. I’d like to get my 50 bucks back. "

"My daughters and I recently stayed in the south building for a couple of nights for spring break. It was actually even better than what we imagined after reading the reviews. We really enjoyed watching the boats and sea lions go in and out of the harbor right from our living room. We also loved all the twinkle lights that came on after dark… great ambiance! Everything worked in the kitchen, everything was nice and clean, the bathrooms looked recently renovated. Best of all was the views!...

"Wonderful large room with 3 beds and pull out bed to accommodate our large young family. Full hot breakfast each morning was excellent! Location close to the pier and beach was great! "
