"We have been to PV many times but this was the first time at this resort. It is not a huge resort but just the right size and they had great shows at night. The staff was friendly and welcoming-especially Renee(greeted us right away) Fabian and Cristhian at Italian restaurant. Dalia lobby bar AMAZING and Alejandra at the pool bar by the adult pool. They were doing some renovations at the time but nothing to annoy you, only downfall was that a few bars and restaurants were not open due to this....

"We had a good experience at this resort. The food was good, buffet dinner options changed daily. The reserved restaurant dinners we tried were delicious from appetizer, main course, to dessert. Pools were nice and warm. Beach was nice. The best drinks came from the beach bar. Only down side is if you are sharing the suite with others the bathroom/shower doors are a bit see through so that was a bit of a struggle. Overall we hada very good experience at this resort."

"We enjoyed staying here very much. It was nice because it was a mostly Mexican clientele, and we weren't surrounded by other gringo's like ourselves. Haha. That's kind of the point of visiting another country. The only complaints we had were that despite having a beautiful private beach, the house music was way too loud. If you like the music, take a seat near the speaker. There was no option to find a seat away from the noise and enjoy a book with the sound of waves and human conversation....
