"This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are truly amazing and so private. We stayed here for our honeymoon and the hotel gifted us a bottle of sparkling wine and little desserts. The turndown service was really nice and dry cleaning was fast and had great pricing compared to other hotels we stayed at. I can’t say enough about the staff, we arrived early for check in but staff brought us complimentary drinks and one staff William gave us an amazing tour of the property...

"As a solo traveler, I was welcomed and my needs were met from the very beginning. The owner, Juan, joined me for dinner the first night, which was welcomed and resulted in a very interesting conversation. The bungalow I was assigned was very comfortable. The farm tour is not to be missed. The included three meals per day were tasty and satisfying. The rancho and its facilities are well thought out, efficient, and highly sustainable. "Most nicest and luxurious hotel in La Fortuna. The best location. Nice view of the Volcano.Staff was great, attentive and friendly. Hotel common areas and rooms were very clean and comfortable. "Wonderful place to stay the only thing that was unfortunate during our stay was that we didnt have access to the gym and the basketball court which was a big selling point for us when we were booking. It was all under construction and it would have been nice to know prior to arriving. Otherwise, beautiful location and very friendly staff! "
