"Beautiful property with very helpful, friendly staff. The thermal pools were amazing and our teenage boys had a blast in the waterslides. Seimbup bar was a nice touch but drink prices there were ridiculous. Other items around the hotel were affordable. "We were really impressed with the overall property grounds and thermal baths, the website did not do it justice. The transportation service to get around on the resort between our room and the public areas was really good and fast. The only area which requires improvement is the buffet, not many options and even worse for people like me with dietary requirements. "Super cool hotel. The entry drive is pretty crazy at first and it takes a while to get to the hotel up the mountain, but once you are up there - WOW! Nice place with a nostalgic feel. Really enjoyed visiting with my family and will be back again! Thank you"

"Wonderful place to stay the only thing that was unfortunate during our stay was that we didnt have access to the gym and the basketball court which was a big selling point for us when we were booking. It was all under construction and it would have been nice to know prior to arriving. Otherwise, beautiful location and very friendly staff! "

"Most nicest and luxurious hotel in La Fortuna. The best location. Nice view of the Volcano.Staff was great, attentive and friendly. Hotel common areas and rooms were very clean and comfortable.
