"Beautiful view that you can't get enough of! Overall we have very few complaints of the property. I would recommend you take the road around through Monterrey and La Fortuna versus up through the mountains. The two restaurants close by are amazing. Overall we loved our stay"

"The cabin was in a pretty location on the side of a small lake — but the location doesn't match that on VRBO which states it's in La Fortuna town. It's actually several miles out of town, which was a problem for us since we didn't have a rental car and there's no public transport serving the area. The owner offered us a lift into La Fortuna on our first day, but beyond that we had to keep booking Ubers which also were quite unreliable. The cabin was nice but could do with a bit of upkeep —...
