"Happy with everything overall, enjoyable stay, clean and comfortable. Location so handy and feels safe. Bathroom window did not have curtain just a window covering which I did not like."

"Staff were very friendly and service was great. Room was a let down was confirmed a room with a bath, however ended up with a wet room. Disappointing as made a point of contacting the hotel to confirm what facilities we would get in the room which was confirmed and we were given the opposite. As this was celebrating our wedding anniversary we just stuck with it as we had lots planned and did not want the hassle of complaining on a celebration weekend"

"We booked this hotel as it was nearby a restaurant that we had booked. Reception staff were friendly and professional. We got an upgrade for a small fee and free parking at the hotel. We had a double club room which was large and clean. The bathroom was a little run down, with mould in the sealant round the bath and the bath not draining properly and the fan not clearing the mirror but apart from that the hotel was great. Had some drinks at the bar and some light snacks. Staff are particular...
