"A very cozy stay for a week in London. The staff was always there to help, no issues checking in. The only thing that was tricky is the shower has no proper door so the water went everywhere and we had to dry it but no biggie, everything was truly great during our stay!"

"Great location and price with super choices all nearby. Nice picture window in the room. Our room a bit dusty and the in-room phone covered in an age old coating of dust, not sure how that happens in a place like this. The room we stayed in was missing a fridge and the teapot had been stolen. Front desk replaced the teapot but no fridge. The staff all top notch and the morning breakfast a great choice before heading out for the day of action. Concierge desk staff a special mention of great merit, they are very good. Small gym on the 11th floor did the trick as well."

"Easy ride on the free shuttle from the airport. Quick check in, large room with a great bed. Good dinner in the bar area. Quiet overnight. Coffee area in the lobby for a quick bite in the morning. All of the staff we met were very friendly. Room and bathroom were clean. Would stay here again. "
