"I had a cozy single which was well placed and comfortable. As a VIP, the hotel put a full-sized bottle of wine in my room, which I appreciated. My only concern is that the hotel tells clients to place a sign on the door by 3 p.m., if you want to opt-in for cleaning services. But I didn't check in until 3:30 p.m. when I arrived, so I fear I had missed it. The room was serviced anyway after I put the sign up late, but I've never had to "opt-in" to cleaning before. "I love this hotel. It is quirky and old, but well maintained. The signage was improved this time, and I was able to find my room easily. On a previous stay this was not the case, and I wandered around a bit. My room faced an alley and it got quite noisy, especially early in the morning. The radiator and towel warmer appeared to have leaked a bit, but worked well.The staff are just lovely, always helpful. "
