"Stayed here for one night before a meeting. I was initially given a room in the centre of the building with a view of a brick wall and no phone reception - but they were very happy to move me to a different one! Bed was comfy, it was all reasonably clean, and the welcome was good. The only downside was that my view became a bunch of meeting rooms, so the curtains stayed closed in the morning!"

"I had an amazing time and felt so safe solo! All of the staff was amazing, and they all went above and beyond to help. I was on the 4th floor so the trains were not an issue for me at all. The rooms are super tiny, like couldn’t even open up my suitcases flat… but for me they were perfect! I had my own private bathroom and I was barely in the room anyway. It’s perfect for the person who is constantly on the go and really just needs a place to sleep. They always made sure I had plenty of coffee,...

"Great hotel at a great location. Public transportation is literally in front of the hotel. Most attractions such as Londan eye, Shrek for kids, river tours , etc etc etc just around the hotel. The rooms are very clean. The stuff is so polite and helpful with everything. To be honest with you , they don’t have the word “no” or verb “can’t “ in their dictionary, I guess. Breakfast is incredibly fulfilling and delicious. Recommend to get the breakfast deal. With 2 little kids, we had everything that we needed at the hotel and in the room. "
