We had a lovely stay at Tivoli hotel, it’s a bit away from the centre and restaurants but facilities for a family made up for it , would stay again

It was a little bit out of the centre (13 min walk from the main station) which meant it didn’t feel that safe to walk alone at night. With short daylight hours in winter this needs consideration. The buses were only every 30 minutes and sometimes came and left early so be there 10 mins in advance. The floor of the bedroom was a bit dirty for such a nice hotel. The lobby and reception were huge and pretty. The staff were fine. The upstairs neighbours were noisy moving about on wooden floors each morning and the sound proofing was not great. Shower ran hot and cold intermittently. Overall fine.

Hotel was clean and staff very welcoming. Areas around the hotel were clean and area felt very safe. Close to the train station and bus stops, with taxis awaiting at all times on the forecourt. Breakfast was of good quality and a wide range of options. Did get very busy, even though a booking system was in place.

Very nice hotel, room was comfy and spacious and had everything you would expect. TVs had chromecast so you would watch Netflix, YouTube etc. the pool, sauna and gym were all very good. Location is a slightly out of the way, it’s a 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station and 15 minutes from Copenhagen central station. Overall very nice and good hotel would stay there again but if you want to be in the city centre maybe not for you

The Hotel is a 15min walk from both the Central Train Station and entrance to Tivoli park. There is nothing of real interest in between except offices and other hotels. Oh there is an IKEA 5 mins in the other direction but did not visit it. Hotel is large with being a conference centre as well, but we benefited from it being quite quiet and were offered an upgrade deal to an an Executive room which was very much worth it…..that room was fantastic and the lounge for breakfast was lovely to go with the food…. One shout out we were looked after by Vicky on the check-in desk and she was fantastic. No hesitation to go there again but if you don’t like walking the you should book a hotel more central near Nyhavn. Christmas markets on the small side but of good quality.

Hi, stayed for 2 nights in December. Everything was perfect, staff couldn’t be nicer and walking distance to pretty much everything we did. Only thing I would say is the location around the hotel could be nicer, slightly barren. Might be due to building work going on but apart from that I can’t fault Tivoli Hotel. Highly recommend!
