"The room and bathroom are clean with all necessary amenities. The buffet breakfast was healthy and delicious. There is a 7-Eleven across the street and a Lawson 2 blocks away which are very convenient. I wish they could be helpful with Tak-Q-Bin service - we were told the hotel couldn't provide the service due to the weather condition of Fujikawaguchiko - we then found out there was no such 'weather condition.'"

"Decent 10 mins walk to JR Okachimachi station. Plenty of shopping and food options around the station. There's a AEON store just two streets away for your grocery needs. Staff were awesome. Courteous, helpful, and friendly. Only suggestion is to vacuum or clean the carpets more often. Saw the dust under the beds when trying to retrieve an item that rolled under. Our kids also sneezed quite a bit, seemingly from the dust in the room. Booked another stay next April. Hope to see some improvement in...
