"We had a wonderful stay here. The staff are all super friendly and would bend over backwards to help with whatever we needed. The breakfast buffet could use a little variety from day to day. The pool and the views were beautiful. My only complaint would be about the Langostas ( Giant Grasshoppers) that would cover the doors and walkways outside the rooms. You had to be extremely cautious opening your door or they would get into your room and no one wants to sleep with a 4 inch flying grasshopper in their room. They would be in the elevators at night also. They would unexpectedly fly at you. They don't bite but they have barbs on their legs that can scratch you. I know we were in a jungle but it seems there should be some kind of fumigation that would keep them away."

"Loved our place! The unit was renovated and well equipped. The view was spectacular. Shuttles were very convenient and were in service on a good schedule. Easy access to the beach."

"The stay was amazing. The Westin app and using that the reserve dinner was not user friendly. It was not responsive so you couldnt read the menus and dinner availability was very limited. We were better off calling the help line and getting reservations that way. Plus any additional service like golf or spa was done outside of the app. "

"Exceeded our expectations by a lot I must say. Used the hotel more for a home base as we had a car which we parked easily and for free at the hotel. Very safe area. We swam a few times which we usually tend not to as we prefer the ocean. Not busy lots of chairs and tables. Lots of tvs everywhere downstairs. Food was good. The breakfast was actually one of the best eggs/bacon toast we have had. Fruit are good. We took the smallest room with balcony and it was small but very comfortable. Nice and cool. The pictures they posted could be improved as the hotel looks much nicer than in the photos. I would stay again and would recommend to anyone as the beach is literally right there. "

"Not yourbtypical resort. Like cancun or punta cana with a varity of food and resturants. Couple near by seafood places and a taco resturant at entrance of beach called Tila Taco is amazing!!"
