"I wanted to stay a extra day and zoe the reception supervisor was very helpful in helping me to achieve this with no problems i would highly recommend this hotel right next door to the train station and a few minutes to city center and also i found all staff to be helpful and friendly cant wait to visit again hopefully in july "

"Always enjoy a stay at Motel-One, clean, comfortable and cosy. Central in Newcastle which is good as I now live away and when I come up to go out with the boys I don’t have to worry about getting taxis here and there."
