Great for a 3 star, lovely big room with only minor issues, no tea bags, lights on the dressing table and bathroom mirror need new bulbs and no shampoo/soap in the bath dispenser. We had dinner at the hotel before our theatre trip which was excellent. Great views of the Millennium Bridge. Only negative comments - there was no conditioner in the bathroom. "Sadly not impressed in having been asked what time we would arrive room was not ready When asking for top up missing towel’s so had to go to reception Some issues around payment Very helpful bar staff and bar manager not so helpful female bar person Overall good service and staff knowledge "

"Reasonable price. Good sized room. Heating very basic - either very hot or cold. Thin duvet, comfy bed. Had suite but living area too narrow to watch tv- tv very close to sofa. Lovely breakfast."

"Entering it and the bar area are lovely. The rooms are very dated and small compared to other hotels in the area. Bed I thought was very hard and pillows far too soft! Also, you can't use contactless payment for the pre-authorisation and as I had no physical card on me, they sent a link for a a pre-auth of £250. If you have a physical card, it's £50. Very dated way of doing things."
