"Central location. Restaurants, bars, café everything is within easy reach. Great value. Staff was polite and smiling. Big room however very few furniture. If for example we had dinner in we would have trouble sitting down to it. No mains plugs next to bedside tables; it would either be the cell phone charging or the bedside lamps. And the lamps couldn't be used for reading either. Bathroom was good but a big step to get in and out of the tub. No handle either. Showerhead fixed to the wall which I find as a negative."

Other than that, it was super very convenient for the shops near the train station. I will certainly stay again. "

"Family shopping weekend in Newcastle. We were allocated adjacent rooms and the hotel provided a suitable cot. Rooms were warm and comfortable "

"Nice clean and modernised hotel, staff were highly professional and pleasant. Room was very comfortable, the only point i would say is that i couldnt switch the room lights on and off from the bed, just the lamps, you have to get up and go to each light and lamp to turn them off, the rooms arent small by the way. "We were 4 mature Rugby supporters from Newport staying in Newcastle for a European Cup rugby match. We were looking for a hotel near the centre and this fitted the bill perfectly. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and perfectly adequate for 3 nights stay. Breakfast was very good and well stocked with the usual food from the continental menu or the English choice and you could have as much as you wanted. Location was easy to walk around city centre and 5 mins to central station. "
