"We enjoyed a very lovely stay for the carabao cup celebrations, staff and hotel were all perfect, as was the use of the robot room service which was the cherry on top for my 6 year old son. I would have given a 5 star review but have been left with a sour taste in my mouth on departure, as we were informed the hotel no longer offers discounts on parking despite both the carpark signage and the Maldron hotels website both stating it does, just feel very misled."

"Generally Motel one is great but this time we were in a disabled access room ( no idea why as we didn’t need or request it) The whole of bathroom floor was soaked after using the shower which didn’t drain well, the carpet in the bedroom looked as though a dog had been in there!
