"The property is clean, tidy and comfortable. The little communal kitchen area is a very good idea for making food or sitting in while eating a takeaway. There is plenty of tea and coffee in the room, and also a little fridge for storing milk, drinks, food etc. Have stayed before, hence why I returned again. "A fantastic stay i had at aabba guest house in Whitley Bay. I was made immediately welcome by the owners which was great. My room was just what i needed. The bathroom & shower facilities down the hallway were clean & spotless. There's a newsagents immediately next door which is handy, which is also run by the owners. Whitley Bay Town Centre & Seafront, are a short walk away. Bus 309 from Newcastle Upon Tyne To Blyth passes through Whitley Bay at around every 20 minutes. A daysaver is like £6.80...

"Had to wait a while to gain access, but apologies given. Not much space for clothes as small room,needs a better bedside lamp (for reading) But can't complain due to the very reasonable price . Breakfast outstanding! "

"Great communications to help aid checking in, and signs when you got their first class. Room was spotless, and also a very nice furnished room. Only 2 very small grumbles, one the first night was quite cold and the small radiator near the door struggles to provide the room much warmth, and second one was I thought the bed was small, it could be a standard double but felt slightly smaller. Other than everything was spot on and would use again."

"The apartment was a bit tired looking but otherwise fine for one night. Much cheaper than other apartments around. Location couldn't be better - right next to Digital nightclub. As for the deposit, previous reviews did irk me but I did get it refunded by 10 working days. Make sure to send them your bank details on arrival. Also their 26+ age policy really ought to be made clear on the listing. "
