"Stayed six nights. Great location to Gran Via and subway station right out front. Taxis always available. Walked everywhere. Plenty of shops and restaurants all around. Clean hotel- we had two rooms, both great condition and clean. Housekeeping daily was excellent. Breakfast was great and plenty offered in options. Staff was always helpful and friendly.
