Really beautiful hotel in an area that's easy to get around the city. The food and service in the hotel restaurant is brilliant and there's an exceptional guest experience manager called Belen who helped to make my sister's 30th birthday celebrations extra special. Great welcome from staff. My only complaint is that there was a free water with a pry-cap lid and no bottle opener available. On my part, I did not inquire about getting one (which I'm sure they would have provided upon request) due to time constraints during my stay.

A beautiful hotel, rooms are spacious and really modern. We loved how each floor was a different music genre. The roof terrace and the pool area is gorgeous. Staff were helpful and friendly and the location was really convenient for Chamartín station.
