"The room was a lot smaller than the other properties I stayed at in Japan. But it has everything you need. I don't think it would be great for more than one person though. The bathroom is also a little small. But all of your necessities are provided in the lobby plus some pajamas and there's laundry there. You're right next to a family Mart. It's on the ground level, you're across from the train station. The only thing is if you come from the train station with a lot of luggage. Don't listen to Google maps and take exit 9 or 10 :00 to get out. I think it's it's exit number 5 that has an escalator and it's maybe across the street from the hotel. There is a yakitori place that's pretty good next door. It's a fine, economical stay. I didn't have any issues."

"Great location if you want to be close to everything in Osaka. Walking distance to many of the attractions, and very close to multiple train lines. We’ve stayed here a couple of times and always had positive reviews. Would definitely book this for a longer stay if there was a preferred rate for seven days"

"Surprised there is foot massager and cute sleep wear (japanese style) in room. A pity cant enjoy breakfast due to early flight. In general happy with the hotel!"

"We stayed for 6 nights. Our room was a good size and had a large comfortable bed and great shower/bath. We were on the 7th floor which did mean some noise from the nearby train station. Breakfast was very good with a decent selection. We also ate dinner at the special crab buffet event which was great."
