"The hotel room was clean, and had all the amenities I’d need to freshen up and start my day. The staff was incredibly hospitable and helpful in reserving services and directing me in my travel plans even! The bed was super comfortable , but I like a hard bed. I’m also 6’ tall so this fit me perfectly. The location is great and very close to namba station, easy to get around to major attractions from there "

"If you stay for consecutive nights, the room will be cleaned once for every 3 nights, but I didn't know that I had to put a magnet on the door on the day I wanted the room cleaned, so I couldn't get it cleaned. The magnet sign is hard to understand, and they should announce it when you check in."
