"It's a new hotel. The location is in between 2 stations so you can choose base on where you want to go or which one's convenient for you. A few steps away from Namba Shrine, convenient store and Cat Cafe. It was a nice area, quiet for a night sleep after a long shopping and sightseeing day. Everything is accessible and very easy to go anywhere. Staff are extremely helpful, lovely and friendly even with little English, they will try their best to help. Loved the washing machine and dryer, we have the supplies we need for our stay. We'll stay here again if we go back to Osaka. They are also very responsive if you email them with luggage storage before check in and accommodating for storage after check out, we were able to go out for a bit to eat lunch before catching our train to our next destination. "It is close to a JR station and a metro station, convenient to get around Osaka and to places outside Osaka. The area is also quiet, the room is clean and appliances provided were thoughtful and useful. There are also food places nearby. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again."
