"Our first impression of lobby was very impressive. We arrived as it was getting dark so didn’t see the beautiful water view. the restaurant is nice food was delicious and staff were very friendly. Front desk called about 15 minutes after we got hear to make sure everything was ok with our room. The part I must say the indoor pool area was freezing so only 1 of 4 went in and wasn’t very long this is the main reason we chose the hotel was for the pool. Not sure why they only put a part roof over...

"Had a 4 night solo vacation here. It was the perfect place to unwind. The food at Pacific Prime is amazing! I had poutine too many times for room service! Walking distance to dining and shopping. Perfect for half day trips and relaxing at the spa in the afternoon. Didn't use the pool or hot tub. Looking forward to returning with family."
