Dirty. Smells of sewage in the building and room. Stains on the curtains. Liquid squirt on the picture above the bed. Hair in the coffee machine. No kettle. No bottled water. Carpet old and dirty. I would not recommend this place.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the continental breakfast was superb. When I need a room in Nanaimo this will be my first choice.
Although the property is dated and a spray was used to mask smells likely in the carpet, it was extremely clean, staff was friendly and it was great value when you consider that it included coffee and muffins in the morning. Thank you for a nice stay!
