"Stayed three nights to ski the nearby resorts. Easy, and free, parking right in front of the hotel. The building itself seems new. Check in was quick. Very friendly lady at the counter. Nice onsen on the first floor. Very nice breakfast. Unfortunately, the bed was very hard, uncomfortably hard, and there didn't seem to be many restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast was consistently good and the set dinner was surprisingly good too. Gotta hand it over to Chris and Maggie who made the stay so memorable. They go out of their way to help you with whatever your trip needs—from pick ups/drop offs, restaurant bookings, and tons of recommendations. My group of 6 had a blast"
