"Nice restaurant, but service took a while."

"Not sure what the photos with the hotel are but we didn't see a pool or anything. The breakfast takes an hour to get and every day they would have less and less food. One day i returned back to property during the day only to find that cleaner had gone through my stuff, taken my hidden kettle and was brewing herself tea! "No good at all at all "

"I made a reservation and paid online. When I got there they didn’t have my reservation and said they don’t take online reservations! But my card was charged! Not a very nice place but they at least had a room for me. Left as soon as I could. "

"It was a complete disaster. the Hotel was closed and no one was there to sort out the mess, still I have been charged full price, I had to find another place at ight!"

"I need a refund for this hotel. This hotel was checked into, and checked out of same night. The hotel was disgusting. Pics attached. This has caused major problems not the least of which is having to walk around middle of Nairobi at night with all my luggage trying to find a place to stay. The room: was full of bugs, was getting attacked by mosquitoes (they left a can of EMPTY mosquito spray in the room), there was no warm shower water, there was a hole in ceiling fixed with toilet paper, other...

"We love this place and this neighborhood. It is so close to restaurants, grocery and the Yaya centre. We also love that there is a restaurant with room service and a 24 hour front desk. And my favorite is the beautiful, large and hot shower!"
