"Rooms are as in the pictures. Little disappointed that there was no air conditioning. Was only given one towel. Food was terrible. Expensive and it took so long to get served in a rather mediocre venue for the price you pay. Also was served cold. Chips were soggy and overall experience with food was quite disappointing. "This is a beautiful hotel with a lot of history. Located in the heart of the business district and about 25 minutes from NBO. The employees seemed very kind and eager to be helpful. The woodwork is immaculate and even though it is currently under construction for the rest of the month still looked beautifully maintained. I think for the price paid it was a great stay."
