"This is a beautiful hotel with a lot of history. Located in the heart of the business district and about 25 minutes from NBO. The employees seemed very kind and eager to be helpful. The woodwork is immaculate and even though it is currently under construction for the rest of the month still looked beautifully maintained. I think for the price paid it was a great stay."

"Compared to the rest of the southern sun hotels I’ve used over the years. This is the worst!! The rooms are not appealing, the towels are not clean. They look something between white and brown. The bathrooms are a turn off. The workmanship on the plumbing is just untidy. This hotel needs a serious revamp. The walkways are so dull. It looks so dingy. "

"It seemed like this place just opened and was not ready for guests, but they did not have power when I arrived, which was a big let down after traveling from the US for over a day. They also didn't have internet for a while, until they got power back and after I asked. Not a bad place, maybe it'll get better with time. The food and service was good! "

"We stayed one night because we arrived in Nairobi late and didn’t want to fuss over getting into the city. The hotel shuttle is easy to pick up from the airport and well marked. We were greeted by friendly staff who anticipated our needs and questions. We had a clean room and enjoyed the rooftop bar after checking in. The next morning we had a lovely breakfast filled with familiar dishes and some local one too."

"I had an amazing stay at Tribe! The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and I loved the shower. I enjoyed my time and relaxation at the spa where I got a 10/10 massage and spent time in the sauna. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating as well. Special shoutout to Tony, John , Desdario, Blair , Sheraline, and Linet. Your kindness during my stay did not go unnoticed and I really appreciated your contributions to my great stay. I will be staying here every time I’m in Nairobi!...
