"The best thing about the Sarova is the staff. Everyone eager to help you and welcome you. The spa treatments were wonderful with Pamela and Caroline. Kelvin was the best waiter and Stanley handled a large group well. Our main problem was the lobby only holds 10 people so there isn’t a place to hold meetings. Fortunately the weather was good and we met outside at the poolside restaurant."
