"This is an amazing stay experience, from check in to stay in the room, to the friendly and helpful staff and the services till the check out and the shuttle service. "Location was excellent Staff were excellent Hotel Food was very good.Shuttle bus made it easy to get to the hotel from the railway station. Unfortunately the room provided (421) was lacking any view other than the local gas station. (Neither lake or garden view)"

"Great view! Was great place to stay while visiting Kawaguchiko to see Mt Fuji. Close to train station and hence to nearby tourist spots. Public bath wasn't hot enough, but still warm and had the mountain view which was nice. Would love to stay again!"
