"It is a quiet and nice area with a lake and see the majestic Mt. Fuji, indoor pool, outdoor hot springs and indoor public bath. However, the staff do no speak much English, so are the room Tv- no English programs, the remote control doesn’t have English as display and no English menu. We really hope the hotel can improve these. Other than that, the food are excellent."

"We loved this hotel, however it is BIG! The service is amazing and the onsens are fantastic. The garden is also very beautiful. It lacks in walk ability, although we did make the track into town which took about 20 minutes on a busy farm road. The drum show and tea ceremony which are both complementary were both lovely. The dinner set was 9 small courses and were of fantastic quality, but we were definitely tired of sashimi by this time. The breakfast is buffet style and offers many choices from...
