"The hotel was comfortable and as clean as it could be with older carpet in the room. It is definitely in need of updating. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was part of the booking, however it was a very sparse offering and quite disappointing. The hotel location was excellent for walking for dining and shopping options close to the waterfront. Parking was available at the hotel."
