"We stay at this hotel a lot and it's always so nice and relaxing. Staff is great and friendly however this mornings staff which was a red hair gal was rude and was throwing things around during stocking breakfast seemed bothered when asked to refill the coffee, and more napkins which I'm sure the manger can see on camera she either needs more help or definitely needs to work on her attitude and friendliness. Other than that the gal who checked us in was so sweet as usual. Thank you :)"
