"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times in the past two decades. I love how conveniently located it is to downtown Palm Springs, the wonderful restaurants and the casino. The staff, tho sparse during this off season, is very helpful, informative and efficient. The rooms could use an update but they are clean and comfortable. I recommend this property when staying in Palm Springs. "

"I loved this property and my room. The only negative is that the shower water pressure was horrible. I took me longer to take a shower. If maintenane would temove the water saver in the showe head that may help. I did not complain. So not managements fault. "

"The main area is gorgeous. Building 4 was, let's say, "humble" and needed some improvements - but nice. Didn't like that I was charged for Valet when I was only there for 35 mins and was told I would get a 2 hour complimentary valet. "
