Could use some changes rather than same items daily. But everyone was courteous. The bed was super comfy the sheets like heaven. This is the perfect hotel "

"Amazing location for such a large city by Puerta del Sol. The Metro was so convenient to use as the stop/entrance was right by the hotel. Elevator access helped tremendously as we had large luggage. Located very close to lots of restaurants, shops and felt very safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful the entire stay "
