"Room wasn’t ready at 3:00. Waited 20 minutes. First key would not work. Receptionist only gave us one key initially. Had to ask for a 2nd key. Very loud construction above our room. No notice had been given to me when booking room. I did not need to sleep that afternoon but it would have been impossible. Overall room was nice although the bed was sideways to the tv. Breakfast is very good. "

"Nicest hotel int he town of Modesto. It's great for holding event and venues. The rooms are comfortable, modern, clean and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. There are restaurants on premise. The main street of Modesto is right nest to the hotel very walkable."

"We have stayed here before. The lobby was decorated and looked lovely. The front desk staff is kind, friendly and helpful. Our room was street-side and it was a bit noisy. The room is spacious. The bathroom shower and tub are adequate. The elevators and hallways were a little unkempt. We had no problem with parking space in the lot. Again, we are generally pleased with the hotel. When you call someone always picks up and they are attentive to requests. It is in a very convenient location and we...
