We were pleased at property have a large enough lot and room for our 24' trailer, a restaurant across the street, better than a "continental breakfast" included and the amenities in the room. Staff was inviting and helpful!

The hotel itself was very nice and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, being very close to the freeway and a shopping center with a variety of restaurants. However, the cleaning service was terrible. During our three-night, four-day stay, our room was never cleaned, despite multiple requests. Each day, we left early in the morning and returned late at night to find the room exactly as we had left it. This was very frustrating. We complained at the lobby and again at checkout, but the only response we received was an apology and an explanation that they were short-staffed. Additionally, they asked if I was a member of the Holiday Inn Club, which I am not.
