"We had two issues, the first being with the air conditioner in our our room. The maintenance people came up and took care of it in a short amount of time. It seemed to work just fine afterwards but was about a 20 minute visit with us. Secondly, the strict adherence to the 4:00 check in I thought to be a bit ridiculous. We arrived at around 1:30 and I understood at that point as we were two and a half hours early. But, when we returned at 3:45 they would still not check us in until the remaining...

"Our overall experience was great. All the employees were very friendly. We like the location very close to music row and relatively close to downtown. The fee hot breakfast was a great start to the day. The parking was a bit pricey. Hot water was the biggest issue. We were on the 7th floor so I don’t know if that was the problem or not. When we had only the hot water on it just warm enough for a shower. If you took a shower a little later in the morning you ended up with a slightly warm shower....
