"This is a great hotel with a fabulous location by the Plaza de Mayo. The only thing we had a problem with was electrical access in the bedroom of our suite to plug in our cpap machines, but they immediately took care of that with an extension cord and power strip - very easy fix! They came and brought us bottles of water and beautiful chocolates and macrons on our first evening as well. Very friendly and helpful staff."

"Amazing value for central Buenos Aires. The room seemed recently refurbished with a fully accessible bathroom. Full breakfast was included. The location felt very safe, just a block off 9 Julio, and was an easy walk to the Puerto Madero area."

That we went to the front desk to ask them and told us that they did not have any at the time. We had to wait one day to get clean towels. But the cleaning lady everyday she went and clean our room. "
