"There were no towels "in the contract" so I had to pay 400 pesos per towel. The VAT proved not to be included and I had to pay extra. The electronic room-key didn't work from the first morning. All the time I had to ask , at the reception , to open my room on the 7 th floor. The elevator repeated times didn't work. The same for the wifi. There was no chair in my room . The sheets were to small for the mattress. Many times I woke up lying directly on the mattress , which is hygienically not...

"Short stay with friends. Excellent location, really nice hotel would stay again. Unfortunately, there was a strange odour in my room which I think. Was the drains, persisted even though cleaning staff had used air fresheners. Interesting artwork, would recommend others."

"We stayed for 8 nights in between Nov and Dec of 2024. The location cannot be better. You have everything you need within walking distance. I did not feel unsafe at any point (not that bad things don't happen). The staff is very professional. I wish I didn't have to pay for early check-in but the rules are the rules. We had a family room, more like a suite with two rooms and two bathrooms. The 'living room' had a pull out couch and a dining table, a fridge, microwave, dishes, cups, etc. The room...
