"We arrived at 04.00 H the first room we were given Room 108 was noisy, the wallpaper and paint was damaged and there was 2.5 inches cockroach in the bathroom stack at a dirty shower curtain the following they offered another room 208 I couldn't believe the state of the room again paper and paint coming off floor well damage very dark finally I was offered room 502 just about acceptable it was also dirty."

"This is a great hotel with a fabulous location by the Plaza de Mayo. The only thing we had a problem with was electrical access in the bedroom of our suite to plug in our cpap machines, but they immediately took care of that with an extension cord and power strip - very easy fix! They came and brought us bottles of water and beautiful chocolates and macrons on our first evening as well. Very friendly and helpful staff."

"The hotel is very well located, close to Corrientes and Florida. We found nice restaurants in the area with authentic Argentinian food. The stop for one of the Hop on Hop off companies is located three blocks away. The hotel personnel could not be more courteous. The breakfast is quite nice. A very satisfying experience!!!"

"Well we stay for 9 days. And to be honest at first I was impressed. But two ir three days went bye. They only give us one toilet paper. And towels there was one o or two. That we went to the front desk to ask them and told us that they did not have any at the time. We had to wait one day to get clean towels. But the cleaning lady everyday she went and clean our room. "
