"Situated in the microcentre a very good hotel. We have stayed here before on this occasion our room was less good - noise from the road as on 2nd floor and noise from water pipes and no bath just a shower, As we had already settled in we decided not to try to move rooms. Good WiFI. Very good breakfast. Pool area good for sitting outside although pool cold. Good location for shopping, Subte (underground) , buses, Retiro bus station "

"We arrived at 04.00 H the first room we were given Room 108 was noisy, the wallpaper and paint was damaged and there was 2.5 inches cockroach in the bathroom stack at a dirty shower curtain the following they offered another room 208 I couldn't believe the state of the room again paper and paint coming off floor well damage very dark finally I was offered room 502 just about acceptable it was also dirty."

"Great location at the heart of the city of Buenos Aires. It's close to everything. Front Desk Staffs were very helpful and accommodating. They courteously responded to our queries and willingly extended a helping hand whenever we need one. The rooms are clean but outdated and need some improvement or upgrade. The room's ventilation/air conditioning system was old & inadequate making us uncomfortable and sweaty."
